These terms govern your access to and use of Blae, including our website, applications, and related services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Blae, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Blae on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

You may use Blae only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate business purposes related to project management, delivery operations, approvals, and related workflow coordination.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, the activity that occurs under your account, and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Accounts and Access

We may require you to create an account to access some features. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it if it changes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is being used unlawfully, in breach of these terms, or in a way that risks harm to Blae, other users, or third parties.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of the content, files, media, comments, approvals, and other materials you upload or submit to Blae. You grant Blae a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your content within Blae.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Blae to violate the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape at scale, resell unauthorized access to the service, or use Blae to store or distribute unlawful, abusive, or deceptive material.

Fees and Billing

If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your plan. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing or plan features in the future. If we do, we will provide advance notice for material pricing changes that affect your subscription.

Intellectual Property

Blae and its related software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Blae or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you in these terms, no rights, title, or interest in the service or our intellectual property are transferred to you.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep Blae available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change from time to time, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

We may perform maintenance, updates, and security improvements without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Blae is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blae will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Blae at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and payment obligations accrued before termination, will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of Blae after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
